Kokoelman käyttäjälle
Tässä kokoelmassa on pääasiassa 1-3-äänistä vokaalimusiikkia 1200-, 1300-, 1400-, ja 1500-luvuilta. Lisäksi on muutamia neliäänisiä ja viisiäänisiä 1600-luvulla eläneiden säveltäjien teoksia. Materiaali on .PDF- ja .XML-muodossa, joka avautuu yleisimmillä nuotinnusohjelmilla. Mikäli sellaista ei ole, lataa koneellesi MuseScore, joka on ilmainen ja varsin käyttökelpoinen ohjemisto.
Materiaali on koottu pääasiassa cpdl.org -sivustolta, jossa on suuri määrä vapaata aineistoa. Kokoelma perustuu tälle sivustolle materiaalia laatineiden musiikin tutkijoiden kuten James Gibbs (JG), André Vierendeels (AV) ja muiden sivustolla julkaistuun vapaasti käytettävään aineistoon. Allekirjoittanut on kevyesti editoinut nuotteja ja laatinut säestyksiä (RS) niihin lauluihin, joissa sitä ei ollut continuon yhteydessä.
Aineisto on laadittu Laulukoulun nykyisille, tuleville ja entisille opiskelijoille. Teosten aikakauden säveltäjillä on kokemusta laulajista, jotka lauloivat soinnilla. Uskon, että jotakin tästä on tavoitettavissa näissä sävellyksissä.

For the user of the collection
This collection consists mainly of 1-3 voice vocal music from the 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th centuries. In addition, there are a few works by four/five-tone and 17th-century composers. The material is in .PDF and .XML format. .XML files you can open with the most common notation programs. If not, download MuseScore, a free and quite useful software.
The material has been compiled mainly from cpdl.org, which has a large amount of free material. The collection is based on freely available material published on the site by music researchers such as James Gibbs (JG), André Vierendeels (AV) and others who have compiled material for this site. The undersigned has lightly edited the notes and composed the accompaniments (RS) as the basis for the accompaniment for those songs where it was not in the context of the continuo.
The material has been prepared for current, future and former students of the Singingschool in Finland. The composers of the works era have experience with singers singing with sound. I think some of this is achievable in these compositions.
